Core Trip Itinerary

  • Your Himalayan journey begins at Hananoie—Astam, a jewel in the crown of the Annapurnas , a boutique farm sanctuary nestled in an EcoVillage and emerald hills. Arrive to warm herbal infusions and nourishing seasonal fare. As the sun softens, we gather for our Opening Circle, setting sacred intention with restorative movement. Let the steam of the bathhouse and the rhythms of the land unwind your body. Under a velvet night sky, a local Lama offers blessings and mantras—honoring the Himalayas, honoring your path.

  • Awaken to the hush of mountain air. Through our Integrative Embodiment Method, you’ll receive your Thriving Self Journal—a compass for inner mapping, vision creation, and longevity practices. Breathwork, guided archetype activation, and mindful movement awaken your vitality. Sip local tea in ceremony, rooting into the earth. A farm-to-table Ayurvedic lunch nourishes body and mind. In the afternoon, incense-making becomes an offering, a connection to lineage. Tai chi and pilates invite gentle strength before an evening of firelight, stories, and song.

  • Today deepens your personal quest. Continue shaping your Wellbeing Vision through meditation, creative expression, and narrative mapping. Afternoon brings an Ayurvedic consultation and candle-making—an act of light and intention. Shaolin kung fu stirs your inner warrior, while the bathhouse soothes you into stillness. Dine beneath the stars, the fire’s glow a reminder of your own.

  • The mountains call. Morning light finds you on sacred trails, weaving through hidden villages. We ask: What will you leave behind? What will you walk toward?Who is the Walker? Lunch arrives with sweeping views, followed by rest in your new mountain haven. A tea ceremony opens stories of nature’s role in our lives—a prayer for the Himalayas, a call to protect what is sacred. Movement practice closes the day, with optional hands-on cooking before dinner and fireside connection.
